Every AFSS on your books is next year's revenue. Pyrrha makes sure you never lose one.
Pyrrha reads your Annual Fire Safety Statements, tracks every renewal, and hands your team a live pipeline of inspections, quotes and lodgements. Built inside a NSW fire protection business, not a software company's idea of one.
Keep Uptick, simPRO or your spreadsheets. Pyrrha is the sales side.
From paperwork to pipeline in three moves
No migration project. No two-month onboarding. Forward an email and you're running.
Send the paperwork however you like. Pyrrha does the data entry.
Email an AFSS in, upload the PDF, or push it straight from your favourite AI tool via Pyrrha's MCP connector. Pyrrha extracts the building, the essential fire safety measures, the practitioner and the due date into a clean record. No rekeying, no "check the shared drive".
The 90-day renewal radar
Assessments have to happen in the three months before issue. Pyrrha surfaces every building exactly when the regulation says you should be moving, with room built in for defects and re-verification.
Compliance dates become booked work
Leads, booked inspections and outstanding quotes in one view. Renewal season stops being a scramble and becomes a sales process your team runs every week of the year.
Walk in. Walk out with the contract.
Renewal visits shouldn't end with "we'll get a quote to you next week". With Pyrrha on a tablet, your best closer is the person already standing in the building.
Review the building
Walk the site with the measures and service history in front of you.
Check the AFSS
Pyrrha pulls the statement, the fire safety schedule and the due date on the spot.
Produce the quote
Priced from your catalogue while you're still on site, not back at the office.
Sign on glass
The owner or agent signs there and then. No PDF ping-pong.
Leave with the contract
A new or renewed AFSS engagement, booked before you're back in the ute.
The compliance load just went up. It isn't coming back down.
NSW is in the middle of the biggest fire safety shake-up in a generation. The firms that systematise renewals now will own the next decade of compliance work.
New fire safety schedule template
Every schedule issued or reissued after 28 July 2025 must use the updated NSW Government template.
AS 1851-2012 became mandatory
Owners of Class 1b to 9 buildings must maintain essential measures to AS 1851-2012, keep prescribed records on site for 7 years, and produce them to the Fire Commissioner on demand. Corporate penalties run to 600 penalty units.
Building (Approvals and Practitioners) Bill
A full rebuild of the certification framework is in front of the Legislative Assembly right now. However it lands, the paperwork isn't getting lighter.
New accreditation for installation certification
Accredited persons will be required to certify newly installed measures, under a scheme still being built. More accreditation, more documentation, more deadlines.
Keep your job management software. Pyrrha is the sales side.
Uptick, simPRO and the rest are good at running the work you've already won: scheduling, timesheets, invoicing. None of them watch the AFSS renewal clock, and none of them turn a statement landing in your inbox into next year's pipeline.
- Runs alongside Uptick, simPRO, AroFlo or plain spreadsheets
- Ingest by email, PDF upload or MCP connector, so there's no migration project
- Live in days, not months
- Built on the NSW AFSS regime today. Victoria and Queensland on the roadmap.
"Every statement that comes through the door is a client we should never lose. Pyrrha means the renewal chases us, instead of us chasing the renewal."
Renewal season is coming. Get on the radar.
